Hi, I’m Lauren Noble! I’m an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Registered Dietitian (RD) with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals across clinical, outpatient, and eating disorder treatment settings. While my background includes deep clinical knowledge in everything from chronic conditions to sports performance, my true passion lies in helping people dismantle long-held food rules and rebuild a deeply respectful, peaceful connection to their bodies.

True well-being is about so much more than a checklist of “good” and “bad” foods. In our work together, we will explore the underlying beliefs, cultural influences, and societal messages that shape how you eat. Together, we’ll challenge mindless habits, untangle guilt from your food choices, and shift away from restrictive mindsets. My approach to nutrition therapy is compassionate, deeply reflective, and grounded in evidence. I don’t believe in rigid rules, restrictive diets, or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, we will focus on understanding your unique health history, lifestyle, and food story to create a path that truly fits your life.

I practice from a non-diet, weight-inclusive perspective. This means our focus will always be on behaviors that support your vitality and mental well-being rather than a number on the scale. Together, we will shift away from external rules and instead cultivate internal trust, exploring how you can care for your health while honoring your body’s natural wisdom.

My Role

My role is to serve as a compassionate guide and collaborator, entirely free of judgment. We will use tools like somatic awareness, reflective exploration, and symptom tracking to help you unpack automatic eating behaviors and experiment with new routines. I focus on curiosity and problem-solving, never perfection. If a particular approach doesn’t resonate, we pivot. Your body’s needs change, and your nutrition therapy should be flexible enough to change with them.


Why Telehealth?

All sessions are offered virtually, allowing us to connect in the environment where your actual life—and your relationship with food—unfolds. Meeting via telehealth makes it easier to navigate real-world challenges in real time, whether that’s brainstorming how to handle a busy workday, honoring cultural food traditions, or gently unpacking the automatic habits that happen right in your own kitchen. We will work together to transform your daily routines into practices that feel sustainable, manageable, and deeply nurturing.

Self pay or Insurance accepted includes Aetna, Cash Pay, Cigna, Golden Rule, Optum, Oxford, United Healthcare, United Medical Resources (UMR). Co-pays are specific to your insurance, but using the “Get My Estimate” option on Fay can give your some answers.
