Hi, I’m Lauren Noble! I’m an ASCM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Master of Science degree in Nutrition. I have over a decade of experience working with clients in clinical, outpatient, and eating disorder treatment settings.
I support individuals with concerns like digestive health. I also help with chronic condition management. My skills include blood sugar management, cholesterol control, plant-based nutrition, and sports performance.
I approach nutrition therapy with both medical insight and real-world practicality.
My approach to nutrition therapy is practical, compassionate, and grounded in evidence. I don’t believe in restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I focus on understanding your health history, lifestyle, and goals to create a plan that truly fits your life.
My Goals
I practice from a non-diet, weight-inclusive perspective, meaning we focus on behaviors that support health rather than weight alone.
Progress looks different for everyone, and it isn’t defined by the scale. For many clients, the work focuses on improving energy, digestion, blood sugar, cholesterol, or overall nourishment. At the same time, I help to reduce stress, guilt, or anxiety around food.
I believe you can care for your health and still have a flexible, respectful relationship with eating.
My Role
My role is to give clear, supportive guidance without judgment.
I track behaviors and conduct regular follow-ups to help you move toward your goals at a steady pace.
I focus on consistency and problem-solving, not perfection.
If something isn’t working, I adjust.
Nutrition therapy should change as your needs change.
Ultimately, I want you to feel informed, confident, and supported in your nutrition choices. Nutrition therapy shouldn’t add pressure or stress—it should help you feel better in your body and in your day-to-day life. I’m here to support you in building habits that align with your health, values, and long-term well-being.
Why Telehealth?
All sessions are offered through telehealth, making care more accessible and easier to fit into daily life.
Virtual sessions allow me to work with your real schedule, routines, and environment. This makes recommendations practical and easier to apply.
By discussing challenges like busy days and food preferences, I help to facilitate change.
We also tackle cultural influences and long-held messages about food and weight.
This assistance helps change routines and beliefs in a way that feels manageable.
